Laughing Matters: A Cabaret for Cancer

Laughing Matters, A Cabaret for Cancer was a wonderful evening and success! 
8 months in the making the cabaret was written and performed by Jade Alexander, directed by Adrian Barnes, musical direction and accompaniment by Pat Wilson.

Produced by Little Jade Productions the cabaret was held over 2 nights in Sydney's premier cabaret venue, Bar Me. The same venue that Frank Sinatra performed at in the 60's.

Using real biographical moments from Jade's life and giving wonderful advice to friends and family of cancer sufferers, the Cabaret for Cancer raised $1600 for The Cancer Council. 
The cabaret was part musical, part theatrical and part rap.
The money raised goes towards supporting patients, friends and families touched by cancer.


A big thank you to everyone who came along, helped out and enjoyed themselves.

I am pleased to announce the production "Laughing Matters: A Cabaret for Cancer!!' 
Finally after working towards this for 8 months, it is being produced, and written, we are testing the piano and singing some scales! 

Pat Wilson and Adrian Barnes will be helping me put together this little night, so come along!
